Following releases by label boss Paul Ritch and Portuguese producer Cardao, Quartz Rec welcomes a new addition to its roster, DJ Sodeyama, with ‘I Wanna Dance’ EP.

Dj, producer, label owner & founder of ARPA records, Sodeyama started Djing in the early 90s in his native Tokyo. His well crafted productions have been released on Japanese and international labels, including a recent appearance on Nina Kravitz’s Trip compilation ‘I Have A Question’.

On this EP, from the building tension of the opening track, to the beautiful acid sounds of the last, DJ Sodeyama manages to create great atmospheres using repetitive patterns with drifting sounds that will surely make the dancers’ mind wander.
